Above and Beyond Home Health, a Trinity Health At Home company, seeks a compassionate Home Care RN to join our Cedar Rapids–Monticello area team. You’ll provide patient‑centered nursing in patients’ homes, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and dignity.
We offer a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, full‑time Mon–Fri 8a–5p with rotating weekend coverage, Day One benefits, 403b match, and ongoing education. Coverage spans Cedar Rapids to Monticello; equal opportunity employer.
