As a Night Youth Services Worker, you’ll play an important role in providing safety, stability, supervision, and support for youth receiving residential treatment and services through our PMIC and QRTP programs.
Our youth need dependable adults around the clock. During the overnight hours, you are the calm, consistent presence helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Opportunities available in:
- Cedar Rapids
- Marion
- Bertram – STOP Program
The overnight shift may be quieter but the work is just as important.

Qualifications & Program Information What you need:To qualify you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Prior experience in working with children is a plus but, not required.
Additional requirements include:
- Desire to help kids succeed.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment.
- Possession of a degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
