What You Will Do- Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams composed of systems, software, test, and mission engineering.
- Support systems and software engineering program deliverables.
- Support test activities between systems and software teams. This includes planning, conducting, and documenting tests, as well as collaborating with the software engineering team members to discuss and address test results.
- May support customer‑led demonstrations and collaborate with customer/user community to refine our collaborative mission autonomy product.
- Support the Systems Engineering leadership team to provide an innovative solution that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support working groups, integration and test, and/or customer events (up to 25% travel).
- Typically requires 2+ years of work‑related experience with Systems/Software Engineering, to include, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience supporting integration and test (I&T) activities of complex systems, including distributed software systems
- Automated testing experience with Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and tools such as Behave, Gherkin
- Experience in technical writing (e.g., Engineering notebooks, Test Plans/Reports, etc.)
- Demonstrated completion of assigned tasks on time and on budget with high‑quality work products.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members, teammates, and disciplines.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- U.S. citizenship required. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- Experience developing and integrating Open Mission Systems (OMS)‑based architectures.
- Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Git Lab, CMake, Docker, Kubernetes, Boost, GCC compilers, Cameo Systems Architect.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile development/lifecycle, Test Driven Development.
- Experience in software development using C, C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Demonstrated work performed without appreciable direction.
- Ability to work on site regularly (60%+).
- Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Engineering from an ABET approved college or university.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Top Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
