Salary Range: $107,500 - $204,500

• Assure new developments meet customer, company, DO-178, and regulatory requirements as applicable.
• Audit and assess engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, delivering problem‑free products.
• Employ quality‑related tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Variation Reduction, Key Characteristics, etc., as appropriate.
• Analyze project data for trends and systemic issues; recommend corrective action.
• Assist transition to production to ensure D&Drelated quality issues are resolved, documented, and communicated to production.
• Ensure effective and appropriate project process tailoring and approvals.
• Ensure plans incorporate latest lessons learned.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience with software development and the associated processes.
• Experience in the engineering development lifecycle(s).

• Working knowledge of the aerospace industry, manufacturing, and system development and associated processes.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies in aerospace, pharma, medical devices, finance, healthcare, energy, etc.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
