Responsibilities- Design and develop cutting‑edge embedded software, networking and communication products in C/C++ and Rust.
- Drive project success by collaborating on requirements, implementation, test development, and certification.
- Lead initiatives and help organize tasks for team members.
- Help make decisions for your team: supporting cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Gain technical leadership experience and mentorship opportunities to develop your skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in our area, obtaining hands‑on experience with new and innovative technologies.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to develop a cross‑functional skillset.
- Grow into a subject matter expert on your projects and programs.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- 1 year of experience with embedded software development.
- 1 year of experience in Python and C/C++.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Clearance.
- Experience with Linux development environments.
- Experience in multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Some experience with networking and communications protocols.
- Some experience with Rust programming language.
- Some experience with multithreading and containerization.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Salary Range68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
