Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.

Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safety-critical development. Be obsessively passionate, inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways. Thrive in a collaborative environment and clearly communicate while confidently providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to multiple sub-projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Strong software development experience and skills
• Proficient in Unix/Linux
• Proficient in Python
• Proficient in Full Stack Development
• Proven execution skills in the development of complex systems
• Ability to communicate clearly to large audiences
• Understanding of the fundamentals of AI/ML through research or practice
• Experience in deploying Generative AI powered applications
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) development frameworks (e.g. Lang Chain, Haystack)
