Dedicated CDL-A Driver Cedar Rapids

We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional dedicated position offering strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and weekly home time. Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,700
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• Mileage pay (based on experience):
  • 0–11 months: $0.82/mile
  • 12–23 months: $0.83/mile
  • 24–35 months: $0.84/mile
  • 36+ months: $0.85/mile
• Unload pay: $245 per unloaded trailer
• Backhaul pay: $70 per backhaul
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• W2
• Full benefits package available

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Workdays may vary depending on delivery locations near the driver’s home for the reset

• 100% touch freight
• Drivers unload freight at multiple customer locations
• Regional routes covering Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (School or training time does not count toward experience)
• Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
• Accidents, violations, and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis
