Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a detail oriented, dependable Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials and products move accurately, efficiently, and on time throughout our network.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
• Verify deliveries, track freight, and update internal systems.
• Plan delivery routes and schedule daily/weekly logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping using logistics or ERP systems.
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify delays, troubleshoot issues, and elevate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
