CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Mentor

The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws and C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and can earn extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

• Mentor apprentices in safe and efficient truck driving.
• Deliver freight to the 48 lower states.
• Handle no-touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods and some dry freight.
• Operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 25 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of recent tractor‑trail driver experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the 48 lower states.
