Ensures safe, efficient forklift use while supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Schedule:

6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, following all procedures

Complete and document pre-use equipment inspections

Load, unload, move, and store products in designated areas

Pull, stage, and prepare orders for accurate shipment

Verify product type and quantities for inbound and outbound shipments

Perform order picking and support timely fulfillment

Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation

Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts

Rotate inventory according to company standards

Identify and report discrepancies; support resolution efforts

Use RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking

Report hazards or incidents promptly

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred6+ months forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred; must pass certification

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and customer service skills

Basic computer and Excel proficiency

Ability to stand/walk 10–12 hours and lift 10–50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Comfortable working in varying conditions and flexible with extended hours, weekends, and holidays
