Delivery Specialist - Hub

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and the distribution center in a safe and efficient manner.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route; deliver to appropriate store.
• Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure.
• Report accident, maintenance, or fuel needs immediately.
• Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest.
• Deliver items according to set schedule, reporting delays to the city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock‑in and clock‑out according to company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle each day.
• Fill fuel tank and secure vehicle at the end of the day.
• Drive safely and defensively.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
