Truck Driver – Cedar Rapids, IA

Full‑time position, home every day. Requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and hazardous materials endorsement to be obtained within 60 days of hire date. Some weekends and holidays may be required to ensure timely deliveries. Full‑time employees are eligible for a full benefits package and paid vacation accrual from day 1.

The driver must plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic & construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances. Equipment operated includes semi‑truck, tanker, pneumatic, and alcohol. Trailers are primarily smooth‑bore tanks hauling corn syrup, caustic, and denaturant. Driver will load and unload product safely and efficiently according to company and customer instructions.

Follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor–trailer experience within the last 10 years (tanker experience preferred)
• 21 years of age or older
• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (hazmat endorsement required within 60 days if not already held)
• Commitment to ADM’s zero‑injury culture and adherence to safety procedures
• Regular and prompt attendance
• No more than one chargeable accident in the last 3 years
• No more than one moving‑violation ticket in the last 3 years
