Final Mile Site Leader - Cedar Rapids

Overview

Last Mile Site Leader located in Cedar Rapids, IA. Weekend availability is required.

• Coordinate flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams.
• Provide on-site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams follow procedures.
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers.
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors.
• Ensure follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customers.
• Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to analyze technical and scientific information relevant to the business and market.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities to develop creative solutions.

• Pay Range: $85k-$90k per year. The stated range is the anticipated starting salary; final starting salary is determined in accordance with applicable laws and market conditions.
