Class A CDL Driver – Home Weekly

Class A Drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account running IL, WI, IN and MI. Drivers annual pay ranges from $75 k to $100 k (depending on experience and effort) with full benefits. There is also a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Drivers can bring a rider and a pet.

• Pay starts at $0.82–$0.85 CPM, with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.
• Operation in IL, WI, IN, MI; drivers are home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours.
• Sign‑on bonus structure: $250 after first load and at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days.
• Full benefits commence after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), 1 week PTO in the first year, and more.
• Training: 2‑day ride‑along with a current driver, paid $150/day.
• After training, drivers may bring a rider and a pet.

This position is 100 % driver unload. Drivers place boxes on the conveyor belt; boxes are stored by store personnel. Drivers do not unload from the conveyor belt.

We do not hire any driver who has ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of whether you have completed the SAP program.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40‑ft trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
