CDL Class A Drivers with six months experience run dedicated account delivering groceries to one of the larger retail stores in the United States. All freight is no touch and drivers have two full days off every week. Drivers will run either Tue‑Sat or Sun‑Thur. The job offers a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and weekly pay of $1,800 to $2,050 per week (annual $94‑$107K).

• CPM of $0.69–$0.72 plus $18.00/stop. Average 2,200 miles per week, 10–14 stops per week.
• $16 per hour detention time.
• 90% of freight is nighttime, load out 21:00–04:00.
• Operating in IA, NE, WI, MO, KS, IL, MN.
• Full benefits after 60 days: medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.
• Sign‑on bonus paid $500 after first load and $500 each 30 days thereafter.
• No‑touch freight.
• Trucks parked at the DC in Cedar Rapids.
• Drivers must live within 60 miles of Cedar Rapids.
• Drivers cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion.

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (no more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years).
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests (including SAP).
• No terminations from your last driving job.
• Clean driving record

  • Max 2 moving violations in last 12 months (or 3 in 36 months).
  • Max 2 seat belt violations in last 24 months.
  • No speeding violations over 11‑14 mph above limit in last 12 months.
  • No pending violations.
  • No more than 2 out‑of‑service violations in last year.
  • No serious offenses in last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents).
  • No DOT recordable preventable accidents in last 12 months.
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non‑preventable) in the same period.
  • All DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in last 3 years must have an accident report.
• No felonies in the last 5 years.
