Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Position:
Full Time. Salary Range: $28.20 - $29.05 per hour. Shift: Day. As a CDL A Beer Truck Driver, you’ll hit the road to safely deliver our products while keeping customers stocked and satisfied at every stop. You’ll take pride in owning your route, handling deliveries with accuracy, and representing KEG 1 Iowa with professionalism and great service—all while staying focused on safety and accountability.

• Start ready to roll – show up on time with your CDL and DOT medical card, ready for the day’s route.
• Own your route – deliver products safely and efficiently, following your daily plan.
• Make every stop count – rotate, stock, and merchandise beer to keep shelves full and displays looking sharp.
• Be the face of the KEG 1 brand – build strong relationships with accounts and communicate any needs, issues, or opportunities.
• Handle the details – verify orders, collect payments, complete paperwork, and keep everything accurate.
• Protect the product – safely manage inventory, returns, empties, and equipment.
• Drive safe, every time – follow DOT regulations, complete inspections, and operate responsibly on every mile.
• Finish strong – wrap up your day with clean equipment, organized returns, and accurate check‑in.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Commercial Driver License, Class A
• Valid U.S. Department of Transportation Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• One to three years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong safety mindset, dependable work habits, and customer‑focused communication

• Stay moving – you’re on your feet and walking most of the day
• Drive and deliver – regular time behind the wheel between stops
• Lift like a pro – frequently handling everything from light cases to full kegs (20–100+ lbs)
• Reach, bend, and stack – stocking coolers, building displays, and organizing product
• Use your strength – pushing, pulling, and maneuvering product and equipment all day
