Worley Warehousing is a family owned business that has successfully served the warehousing and logistics industry for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are currently looking for a flexible and hardworking person to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team!

Hours – Friday to Sunday 7am – 7pm

• Individuals will support the warehouse operations by effectively planning and coordinating customer orders for the warehouse operators according to established practices and daily shipping/receiving schedules.
• Analyzes and coordinates the shipping and receiving schedules at assigned facility to determine if the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
• Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and other appropriate personnel.
• Maintains a general awareness of the warehouse management system capabilities and enhancements in order to promote workflow efficiencies.
• Responsible for promoting a safe working environment and following safety rules and procedures.

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work well with other people.
• Flexibility in work hours.
