Core Nightly Objectives

High-Octane Order Processing: Your primary directive is to clear the digital backlog of orders placed during the evening. You will heavily engage in rapid picking and packing operations to ensure all parcels hit the loading dock before the critical dawn dispatch deadlines.

Sortation and Palletizing: You will sort the completed, labeled packages by their final zip codes, meticulously stacking them onto pallets and wrapping them securely for the local delivery stations that dispatch at sunrise.

Facility Reset and Staging: In the final hours of your shift, you will help reset the massive facility. This includes clearing cardboard debris, sweeping aisles, and fully restocking the packing stations with tape, boxes, and dunnage so the incoming day shift can hit the ground running.
