Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM‑9:00 PM
Worley Warehousing, a family‑owned business with over 40 years of experience, is looking for a flexible and hardworking individual to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team.
Responsibilities- Support warehouse operations by planning and coordinating customer orders for warehouse operators according to established practices and daily shipping/receiving schedules.
- Analyze and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to determine whether the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
- Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and other appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a general awareness of warehouse management system capabilities and enhancements to promote workflow efficiencies.
- Promote a safe working environment and follow safety rules and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year related work experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and highly detail‑oriented.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to work well with other people.
- Flexibility in work hours.
