Worley Warehousing is a family‑owned business that has successfully served the warehousing and logistics industry for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are currently looking for a flexible and hardworking person to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team.

Hours:

Friday to Sunday 5:00pm – 5:00am

• Support the warehouse operations by effectively planning and coordinating customer orders for the warehouse operators according to established practices and daily shipping/receiving schedules.
• Analyze and coordinate the shipping and receiving schedules at the assigned facility to determine if the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
• Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and other appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a general awareness of the warehouse management system capabilities and enhancements to promote workflow efficiencies.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety rules and procedures.

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Flexibility in work hours.
