Worley Warehousing is hiring dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators for our weekend shifts. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $25.00 per hour during your first year through shift differentials, incentives, performance, and progression.

What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you will help keep products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate forklifts and other job-required equipment safely
  • Follow established safety procedures and prescribed work methods
  • Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations
  • Stack and store merchandise efficiently and accurately
  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Report product damage, shortages, and quality concerns
  • Pick and prepare products for shipment
  • Confirm that the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped
  • Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work with team members to meet customer service and productivity
Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
