Project Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Project Executive to help lead client relationships and project execution across Wisconsin.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who understands HVAC/mechanical construction, client development, project delivery, and relationship management and is ready to take ownership of a territory and grow with a fast-expanding organization.

• Serve as a key point of contact for complex clients throughout Wisconsin
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial concept through project closeout
• Provide a high level of client service and conduct regular client check-ins
• Support project development and execution across the territory
• Review project estimates and provide input as needed
• Coordinate with internal project teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and successfully
• Visit active construction sites as needed
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and support future business growth
• Take ownership of results, client satisfaction, and territory performance

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, commercial construction, or a related industry
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Understanding of construction projects, estimating, and project delivery
• Ability to review and understand project estimates
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and visit project sites
