Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

• Evaluate and support the development of electric motors, VFDs, and motor control systems for new and existing pumping products
• Support motor sizing, inverter matching, control loop tuning, and system optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams to define technical requirements

• Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols
• Support integration of Modbus, Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, CAN/CANopen, and related communication systems
• Assist with instrumentation specification, I/O validation, and controls integration

• Support telemetry and remote monitoring technologies including Wi-Fi, cellular, and LoRa/LPWAN communications
• Assist with networking and connectivity troubleshooting for smart pumping systems

• Develop and execute product validation and reliability testing
• Support test lab capability development and motor/VFD evaluation processes
• Perform failure analysis, FMEA/DFMEA activities, and root cause investigations

• Support pilot builds, manufacturing launch activities, and product release efforts
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for motors, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and support compliance efforts related to UL, CSA, and CE requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in motor systems, electromechanical product engineering, controls engineering, or industrial automation
• Experience with:
  Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI and SCADA systems, Industrial instrumentation and controls, and Industrial communication protocols
• Ability to read and interpret: P&IDs, Wiring diagrams, Electrical schematics, and I/O lists
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and system integration experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Experience with pumping systems or rotating equipment
• Understanding of telemetry, wireless communications, and industrial networking
• Familiarity with reliability engineering methods including FMEA/DFMEA
• Experience working with UL, CSA or CE product compliance standards
• Master’s degree preferred
