What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts - from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter - by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. Starting at $26/hr and up, depending on experience

What You'll Bring to the Table:

* Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes - required

* Mazatrol programming skills are a plus

* The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

* Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges

* The ability to independently process precision parts from setup to finish

A Day in the Life:

* Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes

* Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment

* Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments

* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
