Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. This position is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products.
EssentialJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend shop orders
- Assemble materials/parts together to complete shop orders
- Coating of sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating line
- Count and track parts
- Push/pull carts
- Handle material by operating pallet jack and/or forklift
- Operate machinery such as molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers, and punch presses
- Identify and/or troubleshoot minor issues that may arise with machinery and/or product
- Package and prepare sheet material to finished goods
- Follow all BOPs and SOPs
- Visually inspect products
- Follow all quality and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
- 2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read/write English
- General computer skills/knowledge
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend
- Working knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred
