In this role, you’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including precision machined components, injection mold tooling, plastic injection molded product, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact.
What You’ll Get- Weekly pay:
Starting at $40/hr and up, depending on experience - $2,500 Signing Bonus for qualified candidates

- Proficiency in operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers — required
- Strong programming skills — required
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings including GDT
- Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Leadership and mentorship mindset to drive department success
- Set up, program, and prove out CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling process to be passed to machine operators.
- Lead and mentor a team of CNC Milling Machinists
- Incorporate probing sequences for next part orientation and dimensional accuracy
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting for milling department.
- Drive individual growth and development to upskill operators
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
