Join a company where you're more than just a number — become part of the Carlson team! Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is growing, and we're looking for skilled 2nd Shift Lathe Machinists who want more than just a job — they want to be part of a company that values precision, craftsmanship, and people!

Our culture is built on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement — where every team member takes pride in their work and contributes to building solutions for industries like automotive, medical, energy, and consumer products.
In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. If you're someone who takes ownership, likes solving problems, and enjoys a quieter, more focused second shift — you'll feel right at home here.
