Allay Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a passionate Hospice RN Case Manager to join our team. You will provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives within a supportive environment including an interdisciplinary team and after-hours triage support.
The role requires RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience (3+ years preferred) and experience in hospice or similar settings. Schedule is full-time, with travel within the territory as needed.
