• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Passion for motorsports and knowledge of related products is a plus.
