We're seeking an experienced , energetic, service advisor to join their fast-paced dealership. This is a full-time position where you will work in a new state-of-the-art powersports dealership. You will be part of a national award-winning team and support over 38,000 customers. Our dealership is known for its friendly people, product knowledge, setting high standards and influencing powersports industry practices in the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Assist service department in maintaining a smooth and efficient department with a high degree of customer service.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems accurately and clearly relay information to customer.
  • Clearly communicate to customer the estimated cost and set expectations of completion times.
  • Accurately look up parts for repair orders to build estimates.
  • Open and close repair orders and perform cashier duties as needed to check customer out.
  • Run VIN numbers for outstanding warranty repair work on manufacturer websites.
  • Open and close warranty repair orders.
  • Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of repair orders (customer and internal).
  • Become efficient with all phases of the service process.
  • Walk customer around their new purchase and introduce them to the service dept. and what we have to offer to make the buying experience enjoyable.
  • Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle telephone, text and over-the-counter transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Identify additional service a vehicle may need that customer is not aware of.
  • Handle customer objections reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
