Job description

Out & Out is looking for a dependable Catering Delivery Driver to help get our catering orders where they need to go safely, accurately, and on time.

This is not a traditional delivery job with scheduled shifts. Our drivers are assigned individual catering deliveries based on availability, typically just a few each week. When a delivery comes in, we work through our driver list in seniority order to find someone who is available. It’s a great fit for someone looking for flexible, occasional work without committing to a regular weekly schedule.

• Pick up scheduled catering orders from Out & Out in Cedarburg
• Deliver orders safely and on time to businesses, events, homes, and other locations
• Verify orders and delivery details before leaving
• Load, transport, and unload catering orders carefully
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with catering guests
• Communicate with our catering team regarding deliveries or issues
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and safe driving record
• Able to lift and carry catering orders as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently

• No regular restaurant shifts — work individual catering deliveries based on your availability
• Typically 2–5 delivery opportunities per week
• Short work commitments that can fit around retirement, another job, or a flexible schedule
• Get out of the house, meet people, and be part of a locally rooted Cedarburg business
• Straightforward work with a team that values dependable drivers

Pay: $15/hr plus an additional $15 per unique delivery trip
