Warehouse, Retail Associate​/ Customer Service

Overview

We are currently hiring Inside Sales/Warehouse starting at $15 an hour! Successful applicants will have some previous Retail/cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 6 days/week and the work shift will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, Fridays, and at least 1 weekend day:
Saturday.

• Remains consistently friendly and courteous to all customers.
• Computes or re-computes bill, itemized lists, and invoices showing amount due.
• Makes change, accepts checks and credit cards, and issues receipts to customers.
• Understands, applies, and follows cashier's standards as written.
• Applies/processes cash refunds or issues credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
• Answers incoming telephone calls.
• Assists with merchandising duties as needed.
• General housekeeping as necessary.
• Promotes in-store specials.
• Contributes to a positive workplace environment.
• Pull orders and general warehouse upkeep
• Stock incoming and receive inventory

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years’ recent experience as a cashier or teller or equivalent cash management experience.
