Pay and Bonus: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, Retail Store Managers can earn a lucrative monthly bonus contributing to a major portion of their yearly income.

• Vacation:

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales experience is a plus). A Store Manager will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, promote a positive and productive environment, lead, coach, and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction. The Store Manager will analyze financial statements, drive profitability, ensure inventory and asset protection compliance, and promote the business through internal and external marketing tools.

All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of pawnbrokers so their development meets the First Cash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company‑prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure all procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer store processes and procedures, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise‑level reporting.
• Evaluate the store’s financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
• Ensure that operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
• Communicate clearly with employees to ensure they understand the store’s mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
• Other related duties as assigned.
