Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment provider, is seeking an Office Coordinator. This candidate will assist in cast member move‑in, provide office services day‑to‑day responsibilities (building access, equipment maintenance, custodial, general facility readiness, supply and equipment ordering, workstation reservation tool SME), and handle office‑related projects such as space growth, equipment replacement, and facility enhancement.
Core Responsibilities- Provide support and coordination for internal clients: custodial, maintenance, technology, workstation/furniture, general facility, and asset access.
- Meet with vendors to obtain proposals, manage project progress, and schedule tasks (including after‑hours work to minimize disruption).
- Create and process purchase orders for projects and recurring services via SAP, approve utility bills and payments, and upload ZAP invoices.
- Process access requests, audit access control, and coordinate asset liquidation.
- Liaise with property management on repairs, maintenance reporting, and follow‑up.
- Maintain external vendor relations, assist with product delivery scheduling, and install equipment.
- Provide on‑site support for vendors or partners working within company spaces.
- Ensure efficient mail and package delivery processes across campus.
- Share facility‑related information with 40+ tenant representatives through a Teams site.
- Order and manage inventory of computer equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and report resolutions, including system updates.
- Provide subject‑matter expert support to Cast.
- Produce utilization reports and floor‑plan updates.
- Support resolution of facility safety issues.
- Assist the Office Services & Work Flex Planning Manager on projects and campus special projects (e.g., large celebrations or meetings).
- Support kitchen and office supply ordering and distribution across campus.
- Manage Office Services cost center SAP financial reports to track spending and request reclassification of expenses.
- Experience supporting day‑to‑day office services, facility readiness, workstation setup, office moves, and employee move‑ins.
- Ability to coordinate office renovations, space planning, facility projects, vendor relationships, equipment installations, and project timelines.
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support employees, leadership, property management, and external vendors while responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Willingness to assist with furniture movement, equipment setup, special events, after‑hours projects, and other operational needs in a fast‑paced office environment.

Celebration, FL – Fully onsite. - Contract:
W2.
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (good faith estimate; may vary).
