As part of that mission, we've built Paul Ai
, a suite of AI agents purpose-built for physical therapy practice owners. Our current agents include Paula (AI phone receptionist),
Connie (AI social media content creator),
Sanjay (AI financial assistant), and Paul (AI coaching GPT). Paul Ai is one of the most exciting things we've ever built and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a talented Content Producer to build the Paul Ai brand from the ground up - growing and engaging our online audience, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

We are seeking a Social Media Content Producer to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth for the Paul Ai brand across social media platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with the creative team to craft compelling content, leveraging raw footage from the Videographer, and editing it into optimized formats. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organic social media trends, video editing, and content strategy and get genuinely excited about bringing an AI brand to life.

Social Media Growth & Optimization: Use data and platform trends to optimize strategies, grow followers, and boost engagement across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, and Linked In building the Paul Ai brand into a recognized name in the physical therapy world.

Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and create high-impact content that showcases what Paul Ai agents like Paula, Connie, Sanjay, and Paul can do for clinic owners. Edit videos into platform-specific formats (e.g., Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) and repurpose older content for fresh engagement.

Video Editing & Strategy: Edit raw footage into engaging clips (15–30 sec) and create compelling short-form content that aligns with platform best practices and communicates the Paul Ai story.

Storyboarding & Scriptwriting: Write attention-grabbing storyboards, scripts, and captions that fit each platform's audience helping clinic owners understand how Paul Ai can transform their practice.

Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, refine, and optimize content. Ensure content is formatted properly for each platform (e.g., aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails).

• Experience: 2+ years in social media content creation, video editing, content production, or social media strategy.

  Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software.
• Social Media Expertise & Optimization: Strong knowledge of Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging content trends. Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize social media strategies for growth and engagement.
• Creativity: Ability to identify engaging moments and transform them into high-performing social media clips including finding fresh, creative ways to bring AI agents to life on screen.
• Writing, Planning & Project Management: Strong writing skills for crafting scripts, captions, storyboards, and articles. Skilled in planning and organizing content strategies, ensuring timely posting schedules, and managing multiple content pieces simultaneously.
