Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $53.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Lead system implementation efforts by defining requirements and overseeing testing activities to ensure accurate data flow to the general ledger.

Manage daily exception reviews and complex account reconciliations to maintain stability during system transitions.

Identify manual workflow gaps and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues by analyzing root causes and coordinating resolutions.

Prepare technical documentation and support cross functional teams during integration and optimization efforts.

Hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in finance or accounting with strong foundation in core principles.

Demonstrate hands on experience with system testing, data migration, and financial integration activities.

Use Excel at an advanced level to perform high volume reconciliations and detailed analysis.

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across finance, technology, and operations teams.

Perform complex reconciliations accurately while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.

Apply automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual effort during transformations.

Create and maintain clear technical documentation such as requirements and testing artifacts.

Resolve issues efficiently by distinguishing between process and system related problems.
