The 50-bed Advent Health Celebration Health Emergency Department is the busiest in Osceola County, proudly serving a diverse patient population. Located near world-renowned tourist attractions, our team frequently cares for international guests, requiring exceptional communication and care.

Our department offers three levels of emergency care — acute, intermediate, and fast-track — with distinct treatment areas designed for both minor and major emergencies, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient patient flow.

As part of the Advent Health network, our nurses and team members have the opportunity to float among multiple Celebration Emergency Department locations, including our Main Campus Pediatrics and three freestanding EDs. This provides a valuable chance to learn, grow, and build connections across our integrated healthcare system.
Job DescriptionConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Education- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) [Preferred]
