Position:
Registered Nurse (Day Shift)

Schedule:

Full Time – Day shift, three 12‑hour shifts per week (06:45-19:15), including every other weekend and holidays per department rotation.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience (PCU, ICU, Telemetry, or Med‑Surg) preferred.
• Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and service excellence.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Preferred).

• Registered Nurse (RN) (Required).
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) (Required).

$31.53 - $52.24 per hour.
