Job Description:

* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria.

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates (see terms below)

* Terms:

12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation

Sign-on Eligibility:

  • One (1) year of applicable experience
  • Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible

Relocation Eligibility:

  • Must live 50 miles outside of campus address
  • Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible

    50-bed Advent Health Celebration Health Emergency Department is the busiest in Osceola County, proudly serving a diverse patient population. Located near world-renowned tourist attractions, our team frequently cares for international guests, requiring exceptional communication and care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and professional standards are met.
  • Foster professional growth by identifying training needs, organizing educational programs, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and career progression.
  • Resolve conflicts among staff promptly and effectively using mediation techniques to maintain a positive work environment and ensure team cohesion.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
  • Mentor and precept new staff by providing hands-on training, feedback, and fostering professional development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
