We just opened a brand-new office in Celebration, Florida, and our team is focused, supportive, and ready to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and warm contacts — no cold prospecting
  • Book qualified appointments for our coaching and consulting services
  • Nurture leads via phone, DM, text, and email to move them through our sales funnel
  • Use and improve upon existing scripts and frameworks
  • Keep track of activity, follow-up timelines, and lead notes in our CRM
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly booking and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — you sound confident and clear
  • Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward weekly goals
  • Detail-oriented and organized — you don’t let leads slip through the cracks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales process workflows
  • Desire to grow into higher-level sales roles within the company
What We Will Provide for You:
  • Guaranteed base pay: $40,000–$55,000 annually based on experience
