Transportation Industry Experience
Earn experience in the transportation industry helping load products onto flatbeds. No prior experience needed! You will ensure all loads are strapped and tarped according to safety regulations. Make $30 an hour with overtime opportunities, working a Monday through Friday schedule!
Responsibilities:- Strap loads to flatbed trailers.
- Tarp loads to flatbed trailers.
- Maintain timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.
- Ability to pass required drug/alcohol test.
- Ability to handle equipment including chains, straps, tarps, tiedowns, etc.
- Physical ability to lift in excess of 125 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.
- Seeing and hearing:
Read documents, computer screen answer phones, 50-74 % - Communicate in person.
- Standing and walking. 75-100 %
- Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling. 75-100 %
- Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing. 0-24 %
- Lift in excess of 125 pounds. 75-100 %
The expected starting pay range for this position is $16.44 - $21.92 per hour. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
