Friday: 6 AM - 10 AM

As a Production Associate II, you are responsible for producing quality products safely and efficiently while helping the team meet production and on-time delivery goals. This role requires attention to detail, steady output and strong teamwork.

• Operate a variety of machines such as CNC routers, lathes, cutting equipment, RF welders, heat seal systems, and industrial sewing machines
• Set up and adjust equipment to ensure accurate production
• Read and follow work instructions and drawings to complete tasks
• Check your work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Work at a steady pace to meet daily production goals
• Use tools like overhead cranes and pallet jacks to move materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to patterns
• Work closely with your team to meet production and on-time delivery goals

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems as they arise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements and drawings

This is an active, on-your-feet role in a manufacturing setting. You’ll regularly:

• Stand, walk, bend, and use your hands throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs without help
• Work around machinery, materials, and varying noise levels (hearing protection provided where needed)

• Produces good quality work with few mistakes
• Meets daily production goals
• Helps reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Communicates clearly and works well with others
• Shows up on time and can be counted on
