Position: Line Operator – Days
Location: Celina, OH

Shift: Day Shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 15 days a month with rotating 2,2,3 schedule

• Operate extrusion line(s) properly and appropriately.
• Assure quality of the film produced meets company standards and/or customer specifications.
• Ensure the line is manned at all times, consistently monitoring proper film production.
• Maintain a clean working environment throughout the day.
• Respond quickly and appropriately when there is a nonconformance with the product or when the line is down.
• Adhere to the company's food safety policies and procedures.

• Perform physical testing of film properties to ensure they meet Versa Pak's standards and/or customer specifications.
• Ensure all packaging and skid sheets conform to Versa Pak's standards and/or customer specifications.
• Confirm the final product is clean and free of debris before packaging and properly place it onto the skid for shipment.
• Fill out all paperwork, logs, and data entry accurately, timely, and orderly.
• Keep the working area clean and free of debris before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and directives consistently.
• Complete the Line Operator's Daily Task List as assigned by the shift supervisor.

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be trainable and willing to learn.
• Must be motivated, detail‑focused, with good organizational and cleaning skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
