Senior Welder

Location: Celina, OH
Remote Status: On-Site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Welder to lead our in-house fabrication department. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy working with the latest welding technology, and want to play a key role in building industry-leading engineered structures, we'd love to meet you.

• Set up, operate, and optimize collaborative robotic (COBOT) welding systems.
• Perform MIG welding, fabrication, fit-up, and assembly of structural steel components.
• Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols to build products to specification.
• Inspect weld quality, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Support tube laser, flat laser, and press brake operations while helping train and mentor other welders.
• Support development of welding procedures and quality standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a welding certificate, vocational training program, career center program, or related technical education.
• 10+ years of MIG welding and steel fabrication experience.
• Strong GMAW (MIG) welding skills on carbon steel.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with robotic welding, AWS certifications, or fabrication equipment is a plus.
