As a Registered Nurse with the Celina Health Care Center, you will be an integral part of our team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facility
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Monitoring and reporting patient status to ensure timely intervention and treatment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
