Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, choose the right products, and fill online orders. This position is fast paced and may involve juggling shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers. You will dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense during evenings, weekends, and the holiday season.
