Warehouse Associate – Parcel Processing Schedule

• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Overtime as scheduled
• No weekend work

• Monthly Incentive Program – earn up to  5.50 extra per direct hour

• Package picked product to our specifications to reach our customers intact.
• Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts (training provided) – Additional  1.00/hour for Equipment Operators.
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Enjoys staying active in a fast‑paced environment.
• Equipment experience is a plus—but not required.

Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required.
