Warehouse Associate – Parcel Processing Schedule
- Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Overtime as scheduled
- No weekend work
- Monthly Incentive Program – earn up to 5.50 extra per direct hour
- Yearly merit increases based on performance

- Package picked product to our specifications to reach our customers intact.
- Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts (training provided) – Additional 1.00/hour for Equipment Operators.
- Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
- Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
- Enjoys staying active in a fast‑paced environment.
- Equipment experience is a plus—but not required.
Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required.
Pay Range- 15.00 – 27.50
