Weekend Shift Warehouse Equipment Operator

Job Overview

Position: Warehouse Associate (Four-Day Workweek) – $23.50 per hour

Ferguson’s Celina Distribution Center offers a 4‑hour‑per‑week opportunity with a consistent, four‑day schedule (Friday‑Monday) and competitive pay. 10‑hour shifts from 6:00 am‑4:30 pm.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts (training provided)
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Enjoys staying active in a fast‑paced environment
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required

• Monthly incentive program – up to $5.50 extra per direct hour
• Yearly merit increases based on performance
