Warehouse Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift (4:30PM – 1:00AM) – No Weekends

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, has 36,000 associates across 1,700 locations. The warehouse equipment operator will work the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:30PM to 1:00AM.

$23.50+ per hour for the second shift (includes shift differential). Higher pay for previous experience in a warehouse environment. Earn up to $29.00 per hour with the Monthly Incentive Program. Overtime as scheduled. No weekend work.

Monthly Incentive Program – earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hour. Yearly merit increases based on performance. • Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts (training provided).
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Enjoys staying active in a fast‑paced environment.
• Equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required.
