Warehouse Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift (4:30pm – 1:00am)

Why You’ll Love Working Here
** New Pay Rate ** $23.50+ /hour for Second Shift (includes shift differential)
Higher pay for similar previous experience in a warehouse environment
Earn up to $29.00/hour with our Monthly Incentive Program No weekends – Monday through Friday only
Paid training – No equipment experience required

Schedule
Second
Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Overtime as scheduled
No weekend work
Pay, Incentives & Time Off Monthly Incentive Program – earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hour Yearly merit increases based on performance
Paid Time Off, including:

What You’ll DoOperate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided)
Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely
Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders
Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet Enjoys staying active in a fast-paced environment
Equipment experience is a plus—but not required
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Pay Range:$15.00 - $27.50
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
